Im working on a 1995 mitsubishi montero, 3.0litter, 300000. Miles, the timing belt broke, I replaced it I did every thing the book said, chilton manual, but it still sounds the same, and wont start at all, it still sounds like the timing belt is broke after I put a new one on, I also replaced the camshaft sensor, crankshaft sensor, had ecm rebuilt to and put it in at the same time, it, s driving me nut, s its not at all like cars with distribtor, s

You have an interfernece engine. Meaning the pistions and valve collide when out of timing occurs. Bent valves can not seal to form combustion. You probably need heads maybe pistons. Pull the heads.

You must be a determined guy to after the timing belt on this, it's a tough job when you're not disabled.
