I have a 99 eclipse spyder. I bought it about a month ago and now I'm having a problem where if only the driver side door opens the light on the dash doesnt come on to show that the door is open. Only when the passenger door is open does it come on.
Also when in 3rd gear going about 35mph the rpms dont like to stay where they should be at. Help!

I would suggest that you check the littl button on the door jam to see if it is broken or stuck. If you need to replace it I would expect it to be a cheep part. As for the RPM issue I am not sure is the engine hesitating or shaking at cetain rmps or is it just the tach needle on the dash moving and the engine stays constant?
