2001 Misubishi Spyder V6. Battery went bad and after replacement the car will start but engine will quit immediately after taking my foot off the gas. Could this be a computer problem caused by disconnecting the battery?

If check engine light is on check the fuse for the PCM... the computer should, if working have set parameters to run the engine untill it goes thru the relearn process! The othe thing is make sure you have the cables right? Red on positive, black on negative! The posts may be different on the new batt!
