1994 Other Mitsubishi Models Mighty Max Pickup - Brake failu

I guess I expect my little red truck to run for ever. My brakes unexpectedly failed. I had no previous problem with them. The brake pedal goes all the way to the floor with no sign of a brake. The brake fluid is a little low, but I don't see any signs of leakage or brake fluid smell. What should I look for first?

If the fluid level is low but still enough and it is very dirty, I would suspect a faulty master cylinder.

Brake fluids don't smells.
