1990 Other Mitsubishi Models Fuel delivery

I have a 90 mit. mirage and all of a sudden one morning it wouldn't start. I am not getting fuel to the cylinders. I checked the pressure from the pump and it is about 65lbs and the pressure regulator is functioning, regulating to 50lbs. The injectors just don't seem to be turning on, none of them. What is the best way to check the pulse to the injectors? I have tried a meter but don't seem to be getting a reading. Is that because the meter can't read fast enough? Do I need to use an oscope? Also where does the 12v feed come from to the injectors? I have read that the ECM controls the ground side not the feed side. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, In advance.

Check for power at the injector/s harness-Red wire not there test the MPI control relay.

What is this 1.5 or 1.6 liter?
