helllo
while i was driving my car in the semi manual part
i crossed the red line of the rpm for less than 1 sec
does this affect the car mechanical system?
knowing thant i didn't notice any problem after this incident

It should not due any permanent damage. If you did you would notice valve noise, or a misfire.

I don't think once will cause any permanent damage. If you were to continue it is most likely a spring would go first.
