Not firing off 3 and 6 , changed coil so that's not the problem. Other 4 plugs are firing except those 2...help please!

You mean no spark from coil to plugs?

no fire from spark plugs to the coil, when you unplug the spark plug wires from the coil from the other 4 they are firing off, #'s 3&6 are not firing off when they get unplugged

Check for voltage on Black/white wire to coil if power put test light on Brown/red wire engine running does test light flash?
