2002 Mitsubishi Montero coolant leak

The vehicle seems to be leaking coolant from the rear, near the differential. it's like a slow faucet.

Hi there, this may be a heater hose or one of the by-pass hoses, you will need to have a cooling system pressure test done to locate this leak.
