my cars antenna goes up and down when i turn on and off the radio but doesn't go down when i turn off the car and the light only sometimes go on when i open the door

You have 2 problems and they are :

1. Antenna not going down when ignition is turned OFF. A constant power source is missing and if any wiring had been done prior to this, recheck the wiring.

2. Dome lights intermittently not working. Check the door switch, its contact could be bad and sometimes not connecting.

thanks i fixed it it was the constant power source was disconnected once i did that everything went back to normal
