My engine pings when it is warmed up. My mechanic says I have compression. We found bad spark @ the injector wire. Paid to check plugs & had to replace 1 & replaced the plug wires. Helped for a short time w/min ping. Now getting worse under load or up hills. What do you recomend? I've spent as much as I can right now.

Also check if it has a knock sensor its job is to retard the ignition timing when it senses detonation/pinging/spark knock-
