1989 Mitsubishi Montero Automatic

I have my Model '89 Montero from Japan. It has 'matic x'mission
My tranny engages only on reverse. Drive and other forward gears won't work. Please help. thanks.

Hi there,

this will have to be inspected by a transmission specialist, they can run a series of diagnostic tests to determine the exact cause of this problem, i would start here.
