Electrical problem
2002 Mitsubishi Lancer 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I accidently crossed the battery cables. I have replaced the battery, checked the starter and alternator. Checked most if not all the fuses. What would cause my car to not start, but crank just fine.

You may have spiked the ECU, you will have to get a scan done to check for any fault codes and check any fusible links as well.
