When I start my car it makes a noise like a "barking Terrier" (kind of a yipe sound). I've had the serpentine belt replaced but I still hear the noise when I start the car. Do I possibly need the fan belt replaced now?

Try using belt dressing and see what happens if it continues could be a driven component bearing
