2004 Mitsubishi Galant Turned on car and no electrical comp

2004 Mitsubishi galant - I was leaving work, turned on the car. The car turned on, but no electrical components turned on [clock,odometer,gas meter, speedometer, gear display, lights] none of them turned on. So I quickly turned the car off then back on and everything functioned correctly, however the AC does not work. Also when I am driving in cruise control, the speed meter and the gear display all of a sudden drop [as if power was lost] and then quickly go back to normal.

Check the ignition switch, not the key & Cylinder but the lpastc switch the harness plugs into.
