2003 Mitsubishi Galant Rough idle/ hesitation

I have 2003 galant it recently began to hesitate when I t depress on the accelerator. If I let off the gas & gradually press it down it will smooth out. I can stay at a steady speed with no problem. Once I decelerate, the hesitation will come back when I press the accelerator again.
When at idle in drive, it will sometimes idle at around 500rpms.

I have changed the plugs, coil, valve cover gasket & spark plug gaskets.
When hooked up to the code reader, I reads misfire in cylinder 2.
What else could it be

Since it comes and goes, I would look towards a bad injector. Pull the plug on #2 and see if it is lighter in color than #3 or #4. Look for any vacuum leaks that could be traced right to the intake runner on #2 as well. It really sounds like a bad injector though

The #4 plug was very dirty, they were all replaced about 3 weeks ago. The problem went away for about 1 day.
It is getting worse & worse though.
I pulled injector 1 & 2, and tried to blow both of them out, but it didn't help

Blowing them out wont help. Try swapping the #2 injector with another one to see if the miss follows it. Then you will know if that is the problem
