i was diving to work, when sudenly my car stop, quitely. i star it again no go . it cranks good my baterry is strong. but no avail i got gas to.

Was the check engine showing when it stalled?
Is cranking very fast like there is no load?
When did you last replaced the timing belt?
Three main items to check before we can try to figure out what has happened.
Remove oil filler cap and ask someone to crank the engine, if you do not see any movement from the parts, inside the oil filler cap hole, the timing belt is bust.
Are you getting sparks at the plugs?
Is fuel pressure present at the fuel rails?
Was the check engine showing when it stalled?
