Air Conditioning problem
2000 Mitsubishi Galant 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 62358 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
The air conditioning drain seems to be clogged, It is dripping out water onto the floor matt of the front driver side, and it is leaking out a lot of water onto the floor matt of the front passenger side (a lot). Both floor mats stay dry as long as the air conditioner is not on. Is there a way to fix this?

Thank you
Raul

You will have to jack the car up high enogh to get under it on the passenger side, look at the firwall, where the evaperator case bolts to the firwall, on the bottom is a drain hole, it is suggested you use an old solid antenna mast to clear the hole...be carefull! Do not go too far in, or the evap core may be ruined! Just enough to get the water to come out....
