I was driving home tonight and all of a sudden while I was driving, the brake and battery light came on. Then when I parked my car, before turning it off, I heard this loud noise. Sounded like it was my radiator. And I was trying to figure out what it was.

I mean My friends told me it could be my alternator. But I just want to make sure what is really wrong with it.

Ive been really low on cash, so I havent gotten a chance to fix my e brake. That could be whats wrong. But I know its not that. But when I turn my car off then everything shuts off. So yeah

So please help me figure out why there was a loud noise and why my brake and battery light is still on.

If it was the radiator that blew up, you will see coolant all over the front side.

Get the alternator/battery load tested-The lights you seeing means the charging system has a problem it is not reconditioning the battery or the battey it not taking the charge.
