1998 Mitsubishi Galant Engine Idles up and down

Had Engine rebuilt 9 months ago. Now the the engine idles up and down constantly. Replaced Spark Plugs and Wires. What is my Problem?

Check and test the idle air control motor, vane airflow sensor, throttle position sensor, manifold absolute pressure sensor to include a vacuum leak check and the fuel pressure
