First make sure all of the tune up is in good order. An issue that goes away liek that can be very difficult to find sometimes, but always start basic first. The water pump can leak intermittently, sometimes they will leak when running, when idle, engine off, at all different times.A pressure test will usually show exactly where it is leaking, but sometimes you have to take off some covers to see the source of the leak.

I was being dumb it does look to me that the waterpump is leaking I was just looking in the wrong area the rough idle maybe the timing belt found out was never replaced when the motor was put in a couple yrs ago or due to water pump leaking could that cause rough idle?

Please answer and soon as you can

Not likely, especially an intermittent issue like you described. Like I suggested, start by being sure the tune up is good, with OEM parts (Original Equipment Manufacturer)

I doubt a compression test will reveal waht is making it miss intermittently. This could be a bad injector or coil. Best bet would be to have a shop have it on a scan tool to watch the injectors when it starts missing to narrow it down or eliminate them as the problem

Sounds like it could be an injector. If your scanner cant watch injector waveform, it may not be much help other than to locate which cylinder is missing

Is any one different than the others? That wil be the problem one. Were you watching while it was misfiring? Any codes in the PCM?

If they are acting up at a specific temp it might. Try shutting the car off when itis missing and testing resistance across the injectors to see if you have one that is different than the others

Ok so I replaced the sparkplug and wires and cap and rotor on this vehicle once again and to find thier was oil in at least to plug holes?

Thinking maybe the reason for rough idle was spark but it did not fix it it when it is idleing like that I hear air louder than normal no clue though?

Another note is that I checked the injectors to see if they were all clicking and they are the next thing is testing them like was said before

anything will help me here please respond as soon as you can

Find the source of the loud air noise. Just because the injectors are clicking, it doesnt mean there isnt a bad one
