Engine Cooling problem
1995 Mitsubishi Galant 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

everytime i start my galant. i see white clear smoke coming from the exhaust alot of it. an wen i tap gas theres even more an wen my engine heat up i start to see white clear smoke coming from around it an den the radiator fan kick in . i check everything an even change the motor oil. also my radiator the other rest of the water in the bottle on the side. everytime i have to keep fulling it like every 5 minutes an the radiator is full with clear tap water. help me please

HI there,

If you are loosing large quantities of coolant and you have excessive white smoke and steam from the exhaust you will be needing to have a head check done to check for a head gasket problem, do this first.
