1995 Mitsubishi Galant Belts

1995 Mitsubishi Galant 4 cyl Automatic 93000 miles

I have a 1995 Mitsu Galant ES. I have replaced my belts (w/serpentine belts) at least four times within the last five years and the pulleys once. For some reason the belts are still squealing and/or chirping upon starting the vehicle, stopping the vehicle and taking off again and upon turning a corner. Why, why, why is this continuously happening. It is very annoying.

Probable causes here could be the tensioner or a driven component bearing
