1995 Mitsubishi Galant alt belt squeak

I have changed the alt. belt and a few weeks later it starts to squeak I adj. belt and few weeks later same problem I adj again same problem. I talked to a few people and they said they had the same problem with there galant(1993-1997) please help.

Hi there,

Try a cog type belt, ask your parts supplier to check availability for your car, don't use a belt grip spray on product as this will only make matters worse.
