1997 Mitsubishi FTO Automatic 80000 miles

My FTO was lightly hit where a side panel was pushed in but nothing major. This happened yesterday and this morning my car wouldn't start. I had it jumped started and reved it. I let it run and its OK but as soon as I hit the brake the car completely turns off where not even one light will come on like the battery is completly dead or something. Again if you jumpt start the car (battery charger) then its fine until you hit the brake. Can anyone PLEASE help me out.

Thanks

Hi there,

Pull the brake light fuse and see if this still stops the engine.
