Coolant temperature gauge is not working

Hi team.
I am trying to locate the temperature sensor and do some testing. Any advice appreciated. 4g64

It looks like the coolant sensor is near the camshaft position sensor. here is the location in the diagrams below with how to test the sensor as well. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
