When the car is in drive and idling, it vibrates. The vibrations naturally worsen while the AC is on. Someone told me they thought it might be the torque converter. Any help to figure out what is going on is appreciated.

More likely carbon build up on valves causes fuel mix to lean at idle. Also how old is timming belt? worn streached belt can make it shake.
