2002 Mitsubishi Eclipse Oil on spark plugs

The car has been miss firing. I had a diagnostic run and they indicated the spark plugs needed to be changed. When changing the plugs I found 2 of the 4 plugs were coated with oil. What does this mean? It is a bad gasket or seal or bad rings?
