2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse shakes when brakes applied

only when i'm driving 45 to 55, when i apply the brakes to come to a stop the front end shakes real bad. replaced rotors, calibers, brakes, brake lines, front end aligned, tires rotated and balanced. Still shakes real bad. what could the problem?

Rack and pinion mounts been checked also tie rod ends?
