You probably have to unhook the emergency brake cables and unbolt the caliper mounting bolts. Then, you'll be able to lift off the calipers and slide off the rotors.
But if your rotors are stuck to the hub, you can try to use a gear puller, heating them up with a propane torch, breaking them free with a sledge hammer, or any combination of those. When replacing or turning the rotors, you'll also want to get new brake pads.
