2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse rocker arm shaft torque specs

before removing the head to replace the head gasket, I unnecessarly loosened the rocker arm shaft bolts. My haynes manual doesn't list the torque specs for this & I cannot find a chiltons manual on this car.
