1)driver's side floor is wet every now and then? I've ran the a/c and heater, and it only does it some of the time so I'm not sure if those could be it? anything else that might cause that?

2) sputters and drags?

replaced spark plugs and everything was fine for like 20 minutes and then right back to the good old 'not being able to go past 2000 rpm's without it sputtering' problem. does this point more towards electrical or should I be looking into fuel line issues?

Well I would say you have the millage and years on it that if you have not replaced the fuel filter, you should do so. Also how often have you ran injection cleaner through the the car? I noticed some lag and sputter in mine, ran about 5 tanks of Lucos injector cleaner through it and it started purring again.

It's also about the age and mileage that if you have not yet replaced the coil packs and wires, as they are a one piece unit. It might be a good idea to do so if the first two suggestions do not seem to make a difference.
