When trouble codes are present, it does not necessarily mean a component is faulty. It could be bad wiring circuits, faulty PCM or the component is faulty.
Since you have replaced the component, the next thing you need to do is to test/check the wire circuitry and lastly the PCM if wiring does not show any fault.
