diagnostic code says cylinder 2 misfire. could this be the coil and if so why is it not cylinders 1 and 2.what else could it be

take and switch teh spark plug and wires with #2 with another cyliinder, does the problem move with teh old plug and wire?
if that isnt it it may be a issue with the fuel injector. and if that isnt it check the compression on that cylinder.
