2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse cylinder 2 misfire

Diagnostic code says cylinder 2 misfire. Could this be the coil and if so why is it not cylinders 1 and 2. What else could it be

Take and switch teh spark plug and wires with #2 with another cyliinder, does the problem move with teh old plug and wire?

If that isnt it it may be a issue with the fuel injector. And if that isnt it check the compression on that cylinder.
