I scanned my car for codes, and a code came up "SYSTEM TOO RICH (Bank 1)". My question is what could cause my car to run rich? Mind you, I did tune up...changed plugs, wires, coil...then I scanned system...please help me out...

Your possibilities here could be one of the following, O2 sensor, fuel pressure regulator, leaking injector/s, cloged airfilter and coolant temperature sensor stuck in the open loop mode-
