1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse coolant leak?

I v noticed that when ever i fill the coolant overflow tank like a week later its empty, i dont see any leaking what could it be?

Do compression and leak down test for possible internal leaks. 420A motor is notorious for bad head gasket
