1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse OIL PUMP

My oil pump locked up on my engine its a 2.0 turbo and i need to replace the oil pump, timing belt, and srive shaft belt. My Question is ( Is there a way to replace these things without having to take the whole motor out?

You can change the oil pump by just dropping the oil pan i believe.
