parking lights headlights tail lights stay on?

none of my exterior lights with turn of parking lights headlights tail lights every time i want them off i have to pull a fuse under the hood what could it be?

Hello,

It sound like you have a faulty light switch. It is keeping the switch to the on position regardless of your input.

This could just the switch or the wiring for the switch. The switch can have corroded connector that is simple shorted to the on position. Or the harness that is for that switch has a similar issue.
