1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse Clutch Problems

In August, the original clutch of this car went out and I replaced it. One month later, the new clutch went out, so I exchanged it thinking that it was a faulty clutch. However, one month later, I'm having to replace the clutch once again. What could be causing this?
