1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse AC PS Belt

I got a P/S A/C belt that I can not put on. I already have it thru all the loops but cannot lossen or move the tension pully, not sure how to get it done.

Have you loosened the nut in middle of tensioner pully ? then back off adjuster bolt.
Does belt routing look like diagram?
