1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

Hello, I do not know if the P1294 code is either the "manufacturer control fuel/air metering" or the "Target Idle speed not reached"
Can somenone please given me an idea what can trigger this code

P1294 Target Idle Not Reached this means that your car is not ideling and the right rpm
