Once the windows go up the they wont go down. Also once the lights go on they wont turn off. and visa versa

Hi FeliciaF,

There should be some intermittent electrical open circuits with the power windows. Are all the windows non operative or only certain windows?

Check for loose wire connectors. Could be a broken link at the door pillar of driver door.

The lights malfunction should be due to a faulty switch or relay. Try swapping the relay.
