Ok I understand check the coolant!~ I filled it up two weeks ago now when I drive 2 miles down the road my car is overheating its a little low. Am I suppose to check it everyday because its cold here? I dont know I need help!

Hello,

When was the last time you had the Thermostat Changed in your vehicle? If you haven't had it changed in a while that would be the first thing to do, plus the cheapest. Also when your vehicle over heats and you've turned the vehicle off, when you get out of the vehicle can you hear the radiator fan running? If you haven't paid much attention then next time pop hood and see if the radiator fan is on. If it isn't could be a relay. Post finding here in forum.

I had the same issue along with poor in cabin heating. I found I had a leak in the radiator cap allowing air to get into the cooling system. I purchased a new radiator cap and cut additional support gasket and I have not had a problem since.
