The 1993 Eclipse window regulator for passenger side that is supposed to be the replacement part does not fit the door that is on the car. Perhaps the door was replaced at some point? We don't know for sure. However, none of the replacement regulators for the Eclipse (or its sister cars: Eagle Talon or Plymouth Laser) are the same as what is currently on the car. The regulator (gone bad) that is on th ecar now looks more like the 2002 Lancer regulator as it is cable driven rather than scissors type. Has anyone heard of the problem? Does anyone know the solution about what is the right replacement part?
