1992 Mitsubishi Eclipse 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

The car sat for 4years and was givin to a lady on disabilty. She want to get a job and I have beat my self to death with this car. I have changed the brain. Plugs, wires, cap, rotor and non related fuel tank and fuel pump AND STILL NO SPARK. Help me get her on the road please.

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, cap and rotor, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it
