2000 Mitsubishi Diamante

Hi,
I have a 2000 Mitsubishi Diamante and i was driving it on the weekend when i lost control around a long bend, and hit the curb with my right front tyre, the rim on the end was bent in and the tyre had a hole through it,
i called insurance and they replaced the tyre with a spare (thats the same as the others)
and now when i go 60-100 it starts to shake and it feels loose when i drive, plus i have to drive with steering wheel on an angle (pointting it to the right)
what can i do?
