1997 Mitsubishi Diamante Car is jerking

I'm not really srue what the problem is. I will start driving, and all though its an automatic, you can feel the car shifting gears. When it shifts gears from 2nd to 3rd, it jerks. I was told to put some transmission fliud in the car and i did but it still jerks.

Try a fluid and filter change don't work its internal problem get it pressure tested to identify the problem
