No drive and a clunk sounds as if something has broken in the drive line, this will have to be checked first hand, with the engine on and the transmission in drive is there any difference to idle speed and engine speed in gear?

If you put it in neutral and try to push it but it will not move I would check the shift cable and linkage on the transmission. It could be a bad cable is not shifting it properly. Would not be the first broken cable or failed linkage bushing.
