There is a metal rapping sound after reinstalling the automatic transmission

I have just reinstalled the automatic transmission after changing the disks. Just as I start the engine the sound of rubbing starts, I suspect that the sound comes from the tin metal sheet cover in between the motor and the transmission. What could it be?

Hi,

I believe you are referring to the inspection plate. Is that correct? The manual refers to it as a hole plug. LOL Take a look at the pic below. Is that the part you are referring to?

If it is, remove it and see if the sound stops. Also, inspect it to see if there is evidence of something rubbing it.

Also, is it possible for you to record the sound and then upload it for me to hear? That may help.
