At this mileage, I doubt the valves are a concern, but one never knows. If you suspect there is an issue with the intake or exhaust valves, I recommend performing a compression test to see if everything is within spec. But again, you really should have the dealer doing this. If something happens and you worked on the vehicle, they could deny warranty repairs. Here is a link that shows in general how to check compression:

Here are the directions specific to your vehicle for testing. The attached picture correlates with these directions.

Engine Compression Inspection
Inspection
NOTE: After this inspection, you must reset the PCM (CLICK HERE). Otherwise, the PCM will continue to stop the injectors from operating.
1. Engine - Warm Up
1.
Start the engine. Hold the engine speed at 3,000 rpm with no load (in P or N) until the cooling fan comes on, then let it idle.
2. HDS - Connect (CLICK HERE)
3. All INJECTORS STOP - Select
1.
Select ALL INJECTORS STOP in the PGM-FI INSPECTION menu with the HDS.
4. Ignition Coil and Spark Plug - Remove (CLICK HERE)
5. Engine Compression - Inspect
See Picture 1
1.
Attach a compression gauge to the spark plug hole.
2.
Step on the accelerator pedal to open the throttle fully, then crank the engine with the starter motor, and measure the compression.
Compression Pressure:
Above 980 kPa (9.99 kgf/cm2, 142.1 psi)
3.
Measure the compression on the remaining cylinders.
Maximum Variation:
Within 200 kPa (2.04 kgf/cm2, 29.0 psi)
4.
If the compression is not within specifications, perform a cylinder leak down test to determine the problem area. Then check the following items, and remeasure the compression:
â€
Incorrect valve clearance (CLICK HERE)
â€
Confirmation of camshaft timing (CLICK HERE)
â€
Damaged or worn cam lobes (CLICK HERE)
â€
Damaged or worn valves and seats
â€
Damaged cylinder head gasket
â€
Damaged or worn piston rings (CLICK HERE)
â€
Damaged or worn piston and cylinder bore (CLICK HERE)
5.
Remove the compression gauge from the spark plug hole.
6. Ignition Coil and Spark Plug - Install (CLICK HERE)
7. All INJECTORS STOP - Cancel
1.
Select PCM reset in the PGM-FI Mode menu to cancel ALL INJECTORS STOP with the HDS (CLICK HERE).
8. PCM Idle - Learn (CLICK HERE)

PCM reset directions follow:
PCM Reset
Procedure
1. HDS - Connect (CLICK HERE)
2. PCM - Reset
1.
Select the PGM-FI system with the HDS.
2.
Reset the PCM with the HDS while the engine is stopped.
3.
Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
4.
Turn the vehicle to the ON mode, and wait 30 seconds.
5.
Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode, and disconnect the HDS from the DLC.

3. PCM - Idle Learn (CLICK HERE)

Idle relearn procedure:
PCM Idle Learn Procedure
Procedure
The idle learn procedure must be done so the PCM can learn the engine idle characteristics.
Do the idle learn procedure whenever you do any of these actions:
â€
Replace the PCM.
â€
Reset the PCM.
â€
Update the PCM.
â€
Replace or clean the throttle body.
â€
When the engine or transmission is disassembled.
NOTE:
â€
Clearing the DTCs with the HDS does not require you to do the idle learn procedure.
â€
The PCM memorizes the learning status in its memory after passed an hour from turning the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode. If you need to disconnect the 12 volt battery terminals before memorizing the learning status in the PCM, jump the SCS line with the HDS, and wait 60 seconds, then disconnect the 12 volt battery terminals.
1. PCM Idle - Learn
Procedure
1.
Make sure all electrical items (the A/C, the audio, the lights, etc.) are off.
2.
Reset the PCM with the HDS (CLICK HERE).
3.
Turn the vehicle to the ON mode, and wait 2 seconds.
4.
Start the engine. Hold the engine speed at 3,000 rpm without load (in P or N) until the radiator fan comes on, or until the engine coolant temperature reaches 194 °F (90 °C).
5.
Let the engine idle for about 5 minutes with the throttle fully closed.
NOTE: If the radiator fan comes on, do not include its running time in the 5 minutes.
6.
Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
7.
Jump the SCS line with the HDS.
8.
Wait 60 seconds, and exit the SCS mode with the HDS.
