my motor misfires on 2 - 4 - 6, on a live test.

Hello,

There are a number of reasons why you would get the P0300 code.
It could be due to worn spark plugs, bad coil, also could be for having improper fuel pressure, faulty injectors. It can even be due to a faulty PCM.
